Group Activities
Our Group Activities provide a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment where participants can build friendships, develop confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences within their community.
From local outings and community events to new experiences and social activities, every group day is designed to encourage independence, inclusion, and connection. To help participants make the most of their NDIS funding, we offer flexible support ratios wherever possible, ensuring everyone receives the support they need while enjoying activities together.

Social and Community Access
At AWZ Support Services, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to be an active part of their community. Our Social and Community Access supports are tailored to each participant's goals, interests, and lifestyle, helping build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.
Whether it's attending appointments, shopping, visiting friends and family, enjoying a coffee at a local café, participating in hobbies, volunteering, attending community events, or exploring new interests, our dedicated support workers are there every step of the way. We work alongside participants to encourage choice, develop life skills, and create opportunities to engage with their local community in a way that is meaningful to them.

Daily Living Support
At AWZ Support Services, we understand that maintaining independence at home is an important part of living a fulfilling life. Our Daily Living Support services are tailored to each participant's individual needs, providing assistance that promotes confidence, independence, and wellbeing while respecting personal choice and routines.
Our experienced support workers can assist with a range of everyday activities, including personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, shopping, and developing practical life skills. Whether you require ongoing support or occasional assistance, we work alongside you to build independence and help you achieve your personal goals.

Transport
Getting where you need to go should never be a barrier to living independently. At AWZ Support Services, we provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transport to help participants access their community and attend the places that matter most.
Our transport service can assist with travel to medical and allied health appointments, shopping, work, education, social outings, community events, and other everyday activities. Our friendly support workers ensure participants are supported throughout their journey, giving them the confidence to travel safely while maintaining their independence.
Whether it's getting to an important appointment, participating in community activities, or simply running everyday errands, our transport service is designed to make travel easy, accessible, and stress-free. We're here to help you stay connected, maintain your independence, and enjoy greater freedom in your everyday life.
